I recently finished this painting on panel, it took me two weeks instead of becoming one of my “weekly paintings.” I guess I’ll have to double up this week.
The historic Alabama theater is in downtown Birmingham, and I’ve entered this image into an art competition in Bham that will run in March. Overall, I’m really happy with the way it turned out. Very graphic, very colorful… very me!
